Most society apps stop at the gate — visitor passes and a notice board. CheckGate covers the parts committees actually lose evenings to: billing and dues, complaint follow-up, staff attendance and salary, society accounts, assets under maintenance, and meeting minutes.

Society, blocks, flats and residents — owners and tenants — as one structure.
Maintenance billing
Bills per flat and period, penalties on overdue, receipts on payment, outstanding dues at a glance.
Complaints
Raised, assigned to staff, followed through a comment thread, closed with resident feedback.
Notices & community
Pinned and scheduled notices, plus a resident feed with polls, lost-and-found and buy-sell.
Staff & guards
Attendance, salary records, leave approval, guard shifts and incident reports.
Amenities & events
Society events with registration and capacity, polls, and parking slot allocation.
Accounts & assets
Society income and expenses by category, inventory, assets under service, and meeting minutes.
Deliveries, emergency SOS, resident chat, documents and cross-module reports are built alongside the above.
Not yet open to societies — the backend is provisioned but not switched on, and it hasn't run in a real society.
Three audiences
Everyone gets their own view of the same society.
One set of records, filtered by who is looking. A resident never sees the society's accounts, a guard only ever sees the gate, and the committee sees the parts it is accountable for.

Questions
No. Visitor management is one module of about thirty. Billing, complaints, accounts, staff and committee paperwork are the parts that take a committee's time.
Residents, the committee and the guards each get the part that applies to them, from the same system.
It's built cross-platform — web, mobile and Windows — so the guard desk and a resident's phone run the same thing.
