What we collect, in plain English.

We collect your email address only when you type it into a form here, and we use it only for the thing you typed it in for. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies on this website. We don't sell or rent anything about you to anyone.

When you ask for early access or join a waitlist — your email address, and which app you picked. If you answer “No” to a poll on this site, nothing is saved at all.

When you use the contact form — your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself.

When you apply for an internship — the application opens a Google Form, and what you enter there is covered by Google's privacy policy as well as this one.

If you have a staff portal account — your email address and a password, held by Firebase Authentication. We never see your password.

Standard server records — our host, Firebase Hosting, keeps ordinary web server logs, which include IP addresses.

No analytics or visitor-tracking software. No advertising or social media trackers. No tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from a font provider, so loading a page doesn't tell anyone else you were here.

The website does use your browser's local storage for small practical things — for example, counting wrong key attempts on the staff portal so the form can lock. That stays in your browser and never reaches us.

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), and a copy is sent to a Google Form so we get notified — which means it also sits in our Google account. Portal accounts live in Firebase Authentication. These are Google services, and Google processes that data on our behalf.

Nobody outside Debriyon reads your submission except those service providers in the course of running the service.

We keep what you send us until you ask us to delete it, or until it has no further use — for example, once an app has launched and its early-access list is finished with.

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No account or special process needed — just ask from the address you used.

We email you only about the thing you signed up for. There is no marketing list, and we don't pass your address to one.

This page covers the website at debriyon.tech. Our apps — GYMNAST, moviqo and CheckGate — handle data of their own, and each one carries its own privacy policy where it is published, such as its Google Play listing.

If we change what we collect, we change this page, and the date at the top changes with it.
